Greedo

Greedo lands a kickflip

Greedo was constructed during the spring of 2005 to serve as a birthday present from Hunter to Ryan, and it was extremely well-received. This board is named "Greedo" because of the unique resin tint that resembles the skin color of the unfortunately ill-fated rookie bounty hunter bearing the same name (see image to the left).  Greedo is a throwback to the Lopez-style chargers from back in the day.  Ryan had the immense pleasure of riding one of these shapes (the mermaid board) in Long Beach, CA, and instantly fell in love. Greedo is an east coast, modern day take on those old clunkers that floated so well and drove down the line like a Cadillac. Don't underestimate the powers of Greedo, though; one quick weight shift and you'll find yourself gouging the face off the wave. Rodanthe is scared of Greedo, and you should be, too.
