The aft fin functions as the primary foil, directing wave energy and water flow to provide steerage and propulsion. The fore fin operates in the nature of a vane, ‘preparing’ the water flow to interact with the primary foil, thereby increasing its efficiency. We suggest you 'prepare' yourself. |
