4. High magnification balsa baby balsa inlays. The
baby contains balsa inlays made from 1/8th-inch thick pieces of balsa
affixed with Elmer's
glue. The balsa runs the full length of the deck and
was intended to be strictly cosmetic. However, an unforseen result
of the balsa inlays is a virtually ding-proof deck. When you meet
the baby, feel free to give it a good punch; you'll see what we mean.
Balsa also contains a fresh green acylic pinline along the perimeter of
the deck; the ladies like this.
